Welcome to Varuna Surfboards, where we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that prompt and reliable shipping is crucial to your satisfaction, and we are committed to delivering your orders to you in a timely and efficient manner.

When you use the order form on our site to purchase a Varuna Surfboard, you’ll be talking directly to our management team and we’ll clearly state when your board will be ready for shipment and the costs for shipping. We receive stock directly from our factory in Indonesia so at times there are wait periods for boards to be ready and shipped. We will make this very clear to you so that there are no unexpected delays or frustration. We build Varuna’s from seed to surfboard and each one is a limited edition, so basically good things take time. We have stores in Bali and Byron Bay that have stock ready to ship and will always do our best to make sure we have a complete range available.

For accessories and merchandise we have all stock available so you are able to click and buy these directly through our online store.

Board Shipping Prices

We offer flat rates for all Varuna Surfboards, surf accessories and merchandise.

For Customers in Australia

• Surfboards of all sizes are a flat rate of $50 within NSW, QLD, NT, VIC.
• Surfboards of all sizes are a flat rate of $100 within SA and WA.
• Surf Accessories and Merchandise are a flat rate of $5 across Australia.

For Customers in Indonesia

• Surfboards of all sizes are a flat rate of RP250K across Indonesia
• Surf Accessories and Merchandise are a flat rate of RP50K across Indonesia

Express shipping

• For Surfboards express shipping is available and will be assessed per order through the surfboard order form.
• For surf accessories and merchandise express shipping is available and is $10 per order.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to select from the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 2-3 business days.
• International Shipping: Available for customers outside of Australia and Indonesia with delivery times and prices varying based on the destination. This can be discussed with our team when you submit an order form online.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and customs procedures for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process for surfboards based on the selected shipping method and the delivery address.
For surf accessories and merchandise we offer a flat rate of $5 per order and $10 express shipping per order. We strive to provide transparent and reasonable shipping rates, and you can review the shipping costs before finalising your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We provide tracking information for all shipped orders, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Simply log in to your account or use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to stay updated on the status of your order.
